Can I Take Oxy 15mg After Taking Acetaminophen And Hydrocod

Hello i was prescribed acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate 10/325 but also was prescribed oxy 15mg for my chronic back and shoulder pain after surgery but i took half of the hydrocodone this morning at 7:00 which was 5mg/325 that was 6 hours ago and it did nothing for the pain can i take the oxy 15mg now 6hours later in alot pain

They are often prescribed together, in order to control severe, or chronic pain, but make sure to only take them as prescribed, if you've been told not to take both, then please don't do so.
