The Acetaminophen that's in it could cause some increased blood thinning, but usually not that much. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Are you on any other medications?
Did you eat or drink anything else different that day?
Is your doctor aware that you're taking this medication?
