My dad is 80yrs old. He has a history of eschaemic stroke 12 yrs ago. Recently 3 months ago he went through pacemaker implantation. From last two days his BP is low below 100/65. We have stopped all BP medicines. Can we give him ecosprinAV 75/20?

Has his doctor stated that he should be taking this medication?
The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and joint/muscle aches.
What are his current BP readings? Is he on any other medications?
