Hi, I'm on a 2 month contraceptive inj. and I have taken this DOXYTET (green capsule) because I have an sti. However, after 3 hours I started my period when I'm not supposed to - but it's not heavy. Is that normal?

Given that you have an STI, it is difficult to say what's causing the bleeding, it could be due to the antibiotic affecting your contraceptive, or it could be due to the STI itself.
The FDA lists other typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
If the bleeding continues past a few days, or gets heavier, you should consult your doctor.
