Can Cyproheptadine Be Taken For Three Years? (Top voted first)
UpdatedWhen I take cyproheptadine for weight gain, I end up losing weight after I stop it. Does that mean I have to be using it forever?

The weight gain is just a side effect, according to NIH reports, so yes, you will lost the weight, once you stop taking it. Other side effects are listed as possibly including dry mouth, and dizziness.
What is your current height and weight? Are you on any other medications?
