My nephrologist change my medicine norvasc to coveram im afraid to take it because somebody told me covernam can high my creatinine and potassium is it true?

Yes its true the coveram make high my creatine so my doctor gave me nebovolol nebilet. So im taking nebivolol in the morning and norvasc in the evening. Im also taking ketobest 3 times a day fortifer fa once a day atorvastain atenurix and polynerv 1000. And also ptu, i have anemia hypertension hyperthyrodism and chronic kidney didease stage 4. I have also injection every 10 days recormon 5000 iu. Im on a diet
