Can A Doctor Write A 60 Day Supply Of Pain Meds
UpdatedI'm going out of state & my pain meds will be due when I'm there. I'm wondering if my doctor could just write me a 60 day supply of them?

It really depends on what the medication is, some can be written for a longer period of time, but not all.
The FDA warns that opiates may carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
What medications have been prescribed?
