Can You Drink Alcohol While Taking Sulfamethoxazole Tmp

Almost everybody here talks about drinking much. My question is if I take a simple cup of red wine after my dinner at 8 and then take my sulfa at 12. I really do not think that a cup of good red table wine would be so disastrous as some readers have commented. Thank you.
