Can Vicodin Stay In Your System After Three Days?

I've been taking Vicodin for about a week now. I took one today and I have a test in three days. Will I be clean? I need to know because I can't fail. I have chronic pain and I'm in a group where I'm not allowed to take them, but I couldn't help it as I'm in severe pain! Can u please let me know?

From what I've found, traces of the drug can stay in your body for a number of days and can be detected in the hair for months. The exact amount of time it takes for Vicodin to be out of your system depends on a many things such as your age, your body fat and body mass, how much Vicodin you took and how long you've been taking it.
