Can Trepeline Cause Hallucinations?

My mom had a craniotomy one month ago. She is still in rehab. She experiences nightmare-ish hallucinations though. They give her trepeline in the evenings toghether with her epilepsy medication. Is Trepeline given for depression (depression is common for craniotomy patients). Anti-depressants can cause hallucinations. Will Trepeline be the culprit?

What does her doctor think is causing them?

Some antidepressants can cause them, in some people, but it's really difficult to say whether it's solely the medication, the craniotomy, or perhaps a combination of both.
