Can Tramadol Show Up As Percocet In A Drug Test

I am wondering if tramadol and percocet can show up as the same thing in a drug test, cause i was told it can because tramadol is a pain reliever just like percocet?

No, they will not show up as the same substances.

Tramadol is a centrally acting analgesic, while Percocet contains the narcotic Oxycodone coupled with Acetaminophen.

Been taking 10mg Percocet 3 times a day for 3 months, methadone 10mg 2 times a day for 10 yrs. First time ever to run out early. I've bees taking 50mg tramadol once a day, mean time really suffering through my pain. Will be drug tested in 4 days through my pain management clinic. My question is will I show oxycodone, methadone and tramadol in my test.

I'm about to take a urine test on Wednesday and my doctors know I consume cannabis (and I'm prescribed oxycodone). I'm going to flush by drinking water but also took a dam tramadol. Will they notice the tramadol?

Probably not it depends on how long you have been taking them as well as several other factors. I have found that oxycodone only shows for three days on a standard test I have been on oxycodone and morphine for 10 years and have never had a positive test past the third day of not taking it they also can tell what level is in your system as well for me they look for the levels as well as the positive test result. Tramadol will show up for a longer period of time not sure why but it does.
