Topamac (Topiramate) common side effects are: diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, fever, fatigue, dizziness, lack of appetite, memory impairment, numbness, psychomotor impairment, change in taste, speech disorder, upper respiratory infection, weight loss, and visual impairment.
