I have suspicions that I am pregnant and have even taking this medicine twice a day orally for acne for a couple weeks. I tested myself last night and it said I was not pregnant. I was wondering if this medicine can give false negative results? And how likely it is?

I'm not aware of anything showing that this antibiotic is known to cause false results on a pregnancy test.
