Can Ra Col Rite Be Crushed?

Can this capsule be crushed or do I have to take it as is?

Is this capsule a solid tablet or does it have contents in it?

You can easily crush tablets, but most people who don't want capsules just empty them into water and take it that way.

The only reason I wouldn't suggest crushing a tablet or emptying a capsule, is if the medication is in extended-release form, and I'm not sure how dividing that effects it's properties.
