Hello, I usually take Noriday (have been on it for years) however I just realised that I am on my last month of Noriday. I live in a remote pacific island and the only thing close to Noriday avalible through my local pharmacy is Primolut. Can I take Primolut for a month while I wait for Noriday to be mailed over? I need it to prevent my period as I get migraines when I get my period and also to act as contraceptive.

Yes, those both are listed by MIMs as containing the same active ingredient, Norethisterone, which is a hormone. Typical side effects may include nausea, headache, dizziness, irritability and PMS like symptoms.
Thus, if the dosages are the same and your doctor approves, there should be no problem, they are basically interchangeable.
