Can Myrin Anti Tb Drug Caused Delayed To My Period

have ptb and im on the 5moths of medication but since i start myrin i stop my pill which is diane35 then my period become delayed and now i;ve been two months delayed and a fews weeks ago i had a little bleeding sometimes at night sometimes in morning can myrin caused this or i have to go to ob-gyne for consultation
