Can Methamphetamine And Amoxicillin Be Used Together?

My friend had a tooth pulled the other day and is suppose to be taking Amoxicillin to fight infection but is under the influence of Methamphetamine. Is it okay to mix the two drugs?

Hello,

According to my research there are no drug interactions found between Methamphetamine and Amoxicillin. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate.

With that said, based on what I've read, these two medications are regarded as being safe to take together and shouldn't present any problems outside of the normal side effects associated with each medication.

Tell him to stop taking the Meth! The effects of that alone are what he should be worried about,

Ive done it and its a big mistake. The dentist will numb ya with the max and youll feel it. Youll cry like a huge baby and the dentist will tell ya they cant give ya more and the tooth will get pulled. It fricken hurts alot.
