Can I Take Methadone, Hydromophrine And Calmylin Ace Syrup Together

I take these for chronic back pain and I have a bad cough so doc gave me this cough syrup but it was new clinic n didn't ask what else I was on and I'm so sick it slipped my mind as well

Well that would be adding another narcotic to the mix, since Codeine is one of the ingredients.
