What information did you find that confused you? Can you please be more specific?
Generally, you can take Meloxicam with a multivitamin, unless your doctor instructs otherwise. But the FDA does warn that Meloxicam may cause side effects, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
But, it could also depend on what specifically is in the multivitamins. Can you provide more details? Is it just vitamin D, or a multi? Your post is somewhat unclear.
The main concern would be taking it with the Aspirin, since they are in the same medication class, and it can be risky to double up.
