Can I Take Felodipine 2.5 Mg Twice A Day

I take felodipine 2.5 mg in the morning, but my blood pressure rises at night. Can I take another tablet at night?

What time of night does it raise? What types of foods do you eat? Is it after activity? Are you on any other medications? How high have the readings been?
