These aren't different kinds, since they both contain Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, they are just different dosages.
And no, you shouldn't combine them, unless your doctor has specifically said that it's safe for you to do so. On top of the possibility of overdosing on the narcotic, you could also overdose on the Acetaminophen, if you take too much in any 24 hour period.
