There are no medications listed under the name Samitrogen. Did you possibly mean Lamotrigine? It is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat some mood disorders.

If so, there are no interactions listed between it and Ambien, though it's always best to double check this information to be sure.

However, you may experience more side effects than usual, such as more dizziness, drowsiness and nausea.
