Hi Nikki, sorry to hear about how sick you've been feeling! As far as Benadryl and Bactrim go, I did not see any interactions when I checked with medline plus. As long as your doctor is aware that you would be taking both at the same time (i.e. they prescribed those drugs to you themselves), then they probably deemed the combination to be safe. In your message you also said "but then she gave me other medicines" - can I ask what other medicines your doctor gave you? Or were you just talking about Bactrim?
