Can I Take 75mg Diclac & 400mg Melfen Together

Pulled muscles in my neck & back so I'm in severe pain. Can I take the two meds mentioned above? Thanks.

No, both of these medications are non-steroidal anti-inflammatories that are used to treat pain, fever, and swelling, so it is best to just stick with one or the other.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Doubling up can increase the risk of liver damage, liver failure, bleeding, and stomach ulceration.
