Can I Switch Antibiotics

I have a severe sinus headache (infection). Have taken the ZPak on my own which I have had on hand.. (Which is a year old).
Went to the MediQuik (it was the weekend) and he gave me levaquin... Can I switch if I haven't finished the ZPak?

Yes, it would be best to take the one that was prescribed to treat this infection, just make sure that you finish the full course of treatment of this one.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
