Can I Get Pregnant From This?

My boyfriend had cum on his hands and wash it with drinking water and then dried them, but not totally, he then started fingering me, i was on my very fertile days, can I get preagnant from that? (i read that drinking water actually helps sperm libe longer?)

There is a very small risk here, but not a significant one, as explained by the NIH.

Sperm can live for about 7 days, but generally, even if you wash your hands with drinking water, it would flush the sperm off and none would normally cling to his hands.
