Can I Cut The Mellinckrodt 100mcg Patches

Just need to know if it's safe. I don't need that much though.

No, you should cut them, since they are time released and doing so could cause you to get too much of the medication at once, which may result in overdose.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
