I've been taking my sprintec consistently for the first two weeks but I'm on my.. 3rd week I've been so stressed with mid terms that I missed my pills by an hour or two on some days and I was also wondering if that would affect my chances of not getting pregnant? Also when I start a new pack is there a chance I can change the time I take my pills I currently take them at 4pm but morning time with the rest of my pills will benefit me

Hello, Nunu! How are you?

According to NIH details, you have a window of about 12 hours, before it's considered a late pill and 24 hours, before it would be considered a missed pill, so you should be fine. However, there is never any harm in checking for pregnancy, if you are concerned.

Yes, there is no reason you can't switch the time you take them, when you start the new pack. Your period week is actually a break from hormones, those pills do not contain any, so when you start your new pack, just take the first pill on the correct day, at whatever time works best for you, according to the FDA.

Is there anything else I can help with?
