can I use flamar dp tablets that expired in February, 2012?

Flamar-DP contains the active ingredients Diclofenac and Paracetamol and they start to lose effectiveness past the expiration date, so it's while they likely haven't degraded much in just a few months, it would be wises to not risk it and just dispose of them.
