Can I take tribredoce shots while breastfeeding?

This is an over the counter supplement, most common formulations of it contain the vitamins B1, B6 and B12 and it is usually available over the counter, so there should be no harm in taking it, unless your doctor deems it unsafe.

The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, and diarrhea, in some people, due to its potency.
