Can I Take My Very Outdated Conison Iron Capules

I have low blood cells and was told i need to take iron can i take my years outdated conison iron capsules ?

Based on my research, Iron tablets (as well as vitamin supplements) are often noticeably less potent after they expire (especially for that length of time). However they should still be safe to take in my opinion.

If you feel that it's not effective enough due to the difference in potency, it may even be worth your while to just go ahead and purchase a new box.
