That is probably something that you will need to discuss with your doctor. No one over the internet can possibly know your medical history or how this drug affects you, as well as the benefits or disadvantages that it provides you when combined with another drug.

My personal opinion is that it may not be a good idea to combine two high blood pressure medications; but rather use 1 of the medications along with some sort of natural remedy for hypertension. Also keep an eye on your diet and stay with low sodium foods such as fruits and vegetables.
