Can I Take Duexis And Tramadol Hcl Together ?

I tore my ACL & MCL And bruised my tibia pretty good. I'm in a lot of pain and swelling. Can these two medicines be taken together every 4 hours. P.s I was also prescribed Vicadin which i won't take

Duexis contains Ibuprofen with Famotidine and I am not finding an interactions listed between using it with the Tramadol, but you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain.
