Can I Add Xanax, Oxycode, and Methadone to My Clean Urine? I have been in pain management for 7 years now and all of a sudden thc is NOT allowed. I have been self medicating with thc for years now I wanted to see if anyone knows if i will pass using clean pee with the meds i am perscribed in it? I was going to use a very small amount of each and dilute it before adding it and then getting hand warmers to keep the temp good .... SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF THIS WILL WORK!! by the way its just a 5 strip panel test i believe thx

My god thank you. I get prescribed adderall for my add.. no I'm not one of those crack heads... Well for the first time in 8 years they tested me for thc and told me they are stopping all prescriptions unless I'm clean next time.. I take marijuana everyday and have for years. I'm scared to death.. and its not like I can use clean pee because it has to have the adderall in it. Im going to try this. If I fail I loose all medical treatment and will be so embarrassed.

The only way it will work is if you take it for two days in advance. If you dont want to do that then what I would do is get someones urine that is taking that medication. That's your best option.

No, as I explained in an earlier thread.
When you ingest a lot of these meds. Your body develops metabolytes that in turn come up in your pee.
I tried putting methadone in my urine, I got a call regarding the missing metabolytes
I talked my way out of it, but I can tell you from experience, it doesn't work

Ativan doesn't create metabolytes, so you can add that. But that's the only one I've heard of that doesn't

No you can't crush your pills
Well it all depends if your meds create the metabolytes
I know most meds, if crushed they will come positive, but there won't be any metabolytes. Trust me, I added a prescription, then out of the blue, they called me concerned that the metabolytes weren't showing up.
I know that ativan doesn't develop the metabolytes, but a lot of prescriptions do
See if yours do, then go from there.
Most tests send to the lab now, especially for these reasons

because if you dont add any medications to the urine itll come out completely negative on all panels which is a flag. If youre taking your medications as should the testing strips for those specific drugs should be positive and not all negative. sooooo...yeah you can put shavings in your urine. but like someone previously stated. when they send it to the lab itll show you used shavings because you wont have any metabolites associated with the medications. Another flag. and will most likely get you kicked out.

its is not advisable to crush medications and add them to clean urine- when you digest your pain medication properly, it is broken down by your stomach acids and then once it filters thru your kidneys and liver, certain properties are removed in that process which is easily detected by the test- if you simply crush meds into a powder form and dump them into your urine, the test will detect that the drugs have not filtered thru your kidneys and liver. It is also obvious to the nurse doing your UA b/c we look and report the color, temp, consistency, odor, ect. Benzos like Xanax are usually detectable up to six weeks, pain meds a few days- depending on how much you take and and how much water you drink to flush your system. **MALE PATIENTS** please be aware that if they suspect you of using someone elses clean urine, they can and will add a pregnancy screen to the drug panel!! I cant tell you how many "pregnant male patients" I had when I worked pain management. ;p So please roll the dice carefully, you are gambling possible felony charges- if you know you're dirty, its best to just be honest with your doctor. Nothing pisses off a doctor more that paying for 12+ years of school to have a pt make a fool of them....

It's true that tests do not always pick up the actual drug itself. For instance with cocaine. When sent to a lab, the test actually detects a metabolite called benzoylecgonine not the cocaine itself. If it's only a dipstick panel , I'd run to the drug store and buy a dip stick and try it yourself first. Better to be safe than sorry. I have added methadone to clean urine & it actually did test positive with dip stick. Mine did anyway... Good Luck to you !!!!

Types of drugs or things you consume makes metabolites. For example if you're on methadone, a urine test with that in it will show metabolites. But some things like Ativan won't.
But are you just wantin the clean urine with nothing in it but clean urine?
Then I don't think it matters

That is wrong. Most places always send it to labs nowadays, whether it's neg or positive. My clinic does both sometimes
Does the dip stick and lab. Or just the lab.
There are aware of so many things ppl try to do to pass the tests, using everything from synthetic urine or adding the drugs.
That's why they want to see the metabolites production from whatever prescribed. Except a few that don't produce them.

Do the sure jell cleans it blocks the the THC But the pills will still show up. It works for most street drugs except H I believe. Google Sure jell to pass drug test and you will find all u need to know.

I would go with the first metabolite answer def. Also anyone knows he's not gonna add them to the cup effecting color and temp. Add them to the bag you warm for the hour the warmer ittakes takes to get to temp. Normally the warmer gets to around 96.the temp range I acceptablity it between 92.5 / 99. Unless you can prove fever higher. Lab. Metabolites def. And pain clinics may use a lab. They may not. It depends on how much money they wanna save. If you seal it and sign the strip over the top that's lab. It ensures chain of evedence. If only a kid. They prob just use a stick and send it to a lab if it's pos for something g it shouldn't be

Read the post...he takes the meds but also THC and now the clinic is saying NO to patients who use THC....

I believe your body produces metabolites with most drugs some drugs don't produce the metabolites like Ativan
You should find out if Oxys do
