Can Generic Hyzaar Cause Itching?

I started taking generic Hyzaar and I think this may be causing me to itch all over constantly. Is this possible?

Mar, it sounds like you are having an allergic reaction of some sort. After reading through the package details on DailyMed, I did not find any specific mention of itching as an expected side effect of this drug. I would let your doctor know about this ASAP, as you may need to stop this drug.
