Femynor is a combination oral contraceptive that is commonly used to help prevent pregnancy, and to treat menstrual irregularities. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, weight changes, mood changes, headache, and irregular bleeding.

Bleeding being heavier in the morning is normal, it is simply due to gravity, when you are laying down to rest, most of the blood tends to pool in the cervix, and then when you stand up, it starts to come out, again.

How long have you been taking the Femynor, now? It may take a couple months for it to help regulate your hormones.

Are you on any other medications?

Usually, as we women age, we stop ovulating regularly, or stop entirely, which causes our bodies to produce less progesterone, and it is the hormone that controls the bleeding. When younger, and healthy, a large bolus of progesterone is released, when we ovulate, then if the egg isn't fertilized, there is a sudden drop off of it, and our period starts.

Estrogen, however, is always produced by us, and it is also present in many of the foods we ingest, both naturally, and due to environmental contamination, so until we hit full menopause, and it drops off significantly, the lining always builds up, and eventually must be shed as a period.

Long story short, continual bleeding, in most cases, means you are high in estrogen, and low in progesterone. Oral contraceptives can help, since they will suppress the body's natural production of hormones, and replace them with the ones in the tablets. So, it is usually worth it to give them a try, but if there is no change after a few months, or if the bleeding becomes worse, then you should consult a doctor, again.
