Can Doxytet Prevent Pregnancy?

I am taking doxytet to treat my acne and the Doctor said that I will not conceive while taking this medication. Is it true?

No, this is an antibiotic and it does not do anything to prevent pregnancy. Is it possible that your doctor told you not to get pregnant, while taking it?

Doxytetracycline can cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.
