No, Amoxicillin and Doxycycline are both antibiotics that are only effective at treating infections.

They will not treat rashes or the like, as a matter of fact, they can cause them or worsen them due to their own side effects.
A rash is usually due to some type of skin irritation or allergy and, if it doesn't go away on its own in a few days or if it gets worse, then you should seek appropriate treatment for it.
