Can Betamox Treat Headaches And Oversweating

Had a cold and fever of which I bought sum syrups for it.but now I have a headache that won't stop and during the night I oversweat a lot also my mucus has turned yellowish so I went to the pharmacy with these symptoms and they gave me betamox 500 is it gonna heal me?
