Can Allergra D And Bromfed Take Together

i gave my 13 yr old son allergra d at 10:30 this morning now its 11pm hes really not better he has the runny nose and a cough id like to give him a teaspoon of bromfed if i can so that he rest better, can i?

Not correct. Bromfed also has pseudoephedrine. If you take that with
Allegra-D you are taking 2 antihistamines and a double dose of pseudoephedrine. It wouldn't be wise to take them together!
