As long as your doctor approves of you taking both.
They are two different kinds of medications, Morphine is classified by the FDA as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
While Ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflamamtory and its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding ands stomach irritation.
