What types of cramps are you having? Stomach, abdominal, general muscle?

The reasoning for them can vary, depending on what type you are experiencing.

Calvepen contains Phenoxymethylpenicillin and Flucillin contains Flucloxacillin, both of which are antibiotics.

If you are experiencing abdominal cramping, it may be caused by these medications, because they are known to cause some gastric side effects, including diarrhea.

If it is just general muscle cramping, especially in the legs and feet, it may be due to the fact that most antibiotics, if taken for a long period of time, can deplete your potassium levels.
