It's generally best to stay away from alcohol, when taking a prescription medication, because it tends to worsen the side effects, so as listed by the FDA, you may experience a lot more nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and headache than usual.

However, if your doctor approves of your imbibing, then please make sure that you will not be driving, or operating any potentially dangerous machinery.
