MY FATHER IS SUFFERING FROM AGINA AND HE IS TAKING COLPITAB 75MG MEDICINE AT NIGHT AT 10 PM. DR PESCRIBED IT BUT MY QUESTION IS WHETHER WE SHOULD TAKE THIS MEDICINE EARLIER OR NOT?

Unless his doctor has instructed otherwise, he can take it at whatever time he wishes, as long as he makes sure to take it regularly and not skip doses.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising.
