This is an over the counter herbal supplement called Calm's Forte, manufactured by Hyland.
It contains: Passiflora 1X, Avena Sativa 1X, Humulus lupulus 1X, Chamomilla 2X, Calcarea Phosphorica 3X, Ferrum Phosphorica 3X, Kali Phosphorica 3X, Natrum Phosphoricum 3X, Magnesia Phosphoricum 3X
Thus, it is claimed to do many things, but none of these are proven.
