I have PCOS and my periods are regular. My Dr. prescribed me to take CCQ 50 for three months. I am going to be taking them for the second month. Is it good for fertility and conception? If so, how long will it take to help?

My doctor advised ccq 50 starting on the 3rd day of my period. Should counting to the 13th day for conceiving be started from the first day of my period or the 3rd day of my period?
