Is your doctor aware that you're taking them and you've tried to stop?
These contain a time released formulation of Divalproex Sodium, it is used to treat various mental health issues.
And since it works on brain chemicals, a sudden withdrawal of it could cause symptoms such as what you've experienced. These types of medications are usually slowly tapered to prevent the worst of the withdrawal/rebound effects.
