i found thid pill i have no idea what it is it a small round pill with c20 on one side and a cross on the other side

The pill you are describing contains 200mgs of Carbamazepine, an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizer. The brand name for it would be Tegretol and it is manufactured in Canada.
