C | O, No Other Markings

White tablets, about 3/4 of a centimeter wide, line down the middle of one side, C on the left side of the line, O on the right, nothing on the back of the pill.
I've been told they're "small" codeine, probably 5mg with a larger amount of acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, or another mild pain reliever, but I can't find anything quite matching this description online.

Unfortunately I can't find a pill that matches the description you provided. The closest match I've come across is Oxycontin 10 mg which has the imprint OC on one side (with no line between the letters) and 10 on the other.
