To be precise, they contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, they are a generic for Fioricet, which is most commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and upset stomach.
